AIM ImmunoTech announces commencement of rights offering

AIM ImmunoTech (AIM) commenced its previously disclosed rights offering. Pursuant to the Rights Offering, the Company is distributing to all holders of record of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.001 per share and to holders of certain options and warrants that have the right to participate in the Rights Offering, as of 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on February 10, at no charge, non-transferable subscription rights to purchase up to an aggregate of 12,000 units at a subscription price of $1,000 per whole Unit.
