American International announced that Scott Leney has been appointed Regional President, AIG (AIG) Asia Pacific. Leney will lead AIG’s businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Leney joins AIG from Everest Insurance, where he served as Head of Asia Pacific overseeing business strategy and portfolios in Asia and the Pacific.
