Mizuho analyst Haendel St. Juste raised the firm’s price target on Agree Realty (ADC) to $86 from $75 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm updated real estate investment trust targets to reflect the Q4 reports. The sector setup has become less clear following a new war with Iran and spike in oil prices that is driving up inflation and slowing growth, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Mizuho says this combination has historically weighed on REITs and “increases the need for selectivity.”
