Shares of Aflac (AFL) are down $1.63, or nearly 2%, to $101.00 in pre-market trading after the insurer announced that on June 12 it identified suspicious activity on its network in the United States. “This attack, like many insurance companies are currently experiencing, was caused by a sophisticated cybercrime group. This was part of a cybercrime campaign against the insurance industry,” Aflac stated.
