Affiliated Managers board chair Jeffery to retire

According to a regulatory filing, on January 30, 2025, Reuben Jeffery III notified Affiliated Managers (AMG) Group, Inc. of his decision to retire from the Board of Directors, effective immediately. “On behalf of our Board and AMG’s management team, we thank Reuben for his distinguished service and strategic insights,” stated Dwight D. Churchill, who has been named Chair of the Board. “Reuben has provided valuable perspective and guidance, and we wish him the very best in his future endeavors.”
