AEye, LITEON confirm first Apollo lidar units from new production line

AEye (LIDR) announced it has successfully produced the first Apollo lidar sensors from its automotive Tier 1 manufacturing partner LITEON’s line in Taipei, Taiwan. AEye stated this is a key milestone as it positions Apollo for high-volume production. Apollo is designed to detect objects at highway speeds at a one-kilometer range. LITEON’s delivery of Apollo units represents an achievement in the companies’ collaboration.
