Reports Q3 revenue $71.19M, consensus $93.86M. Nicolas Finazzo, AerSale’s (ASLE) Chief Executive Officer, commented, “While the quarter did not include any sales of aircraft or engines, our EBITDA margins1 expanded as we continued to strategically increase our lease pool over the past 18 months. This underscores our balanced strategy to deploy assets through both sales and leases, that will allow us to provide more operational stability quarter-to-quarter. To that end, we were pleased to place an additional 757 freighter aircraft on lease during the third quarter of 2025, and we continue to see strong customer interest in the remaining 757 aircraft we have converted, which we believe positions us well for higher lease revenue going forward.”
