Aehr Test Systems (AEHR) announced that during its fiscal third quarter to date it has received orders from multiple customers totaling more than $5.5M for its Sonoma packaged-part burn-in systems. These orders are from a Bay Area lab and AI companies for multiple Sonoma systems designed to support CPUs, GPUs and networking processors used in AI, data center, and communications applications where each device can reach up to 2000W.
