Truist lowered the firm’s price target on Aecom (ACM) to $116 from $132 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares as part of a broader research note previewing Q1 Results in Machinery, Infrastructure Services and Multi-Industry names. After a three-year period of contraction, March U.S. Manufacturing PMI was 52.7 following positive readings in January and February, and the firm is seeing a positive set up for Q1 prints across the Industrials coverage. That strength is important given concerns that the Iran war could ultimately temper the setup for a strong industrial recovery, Truist added, further noting that channel destocking is now in the past, with “improving” industrial and cyclical markets, including construction and mining equipment, commercial vehicle, and semiconductor.
