In recent months, Adobe (ADBE) has held discussions with Synthesia, a company that makes AI software that generates video avatars of people, to purchase the London-based startup for roughly $3B, The Information’s Katie Roof reports. The $3B figure would be a premium from Synthesia’s $2.1B valuation in a January financing, the author says, citing a person with knowledge of the matter.
