HoldCo Asset Management, an investment firm that previously in July revealed a 1.8% stake in Comerica (CMA) and argued that the bank should explore a sale after years of underperformance, expects to nominate around five directors to the company’s 11-person board when the window opens, likely in December, people familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal’s Gina Heeb and Ben Glickman.
