Accolade (ACCD) and Transcarent announced the expiration of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino, or HSR, Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 with respect to the previously announced merger between the two companies. The transaction remains on track to be completed in Q2, subject to Accolade stockholder approval and satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.
