Accenture (ACN) has acquired IAMConcepts, a privately held Canadian company specializing in identity and access management services, the company announced. “The acquisition will bolster Accenture’s ability to deliver advanced IAM solutions in Canada across key critical infrastructure industries such as financial services, power utilities, mining and transportation,” Accenture stated. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
