Truist lowered the firm’s price target on Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) to $22 from $23 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm is adjusted its model to reflect the REIT’s net realized gain on marketable securities, unrealized holding loss, termination fee and acquisition costs, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
