RBC Capital lowered the firm’s price target on Acadia Healthcare (ACHC) to $17 from $19 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The stock declined about 5% on Tuesday after the company announced expectations for an unmitigated $25-30M EBITDA headwind related to a new Medicaid policy in New York that would impede patients from traveling across state borders for care, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
