Loop Capital lowered the firm’s price target on Academy Sports (ASO) to $60 from $77 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm’s pricing study suggests that the company’s pricing gap relative to its competitors is 3.8% less expensive on average, up from 2.1% in its January survey, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Loop adds however that its lower price target reflects the ongoing uncertainty following last week’s announcement of widespread tariffs by the Trump administration.
