Acacia Research (ACTG) announced the appointment of Michael Zambito as CFO, effective June 24. Kirsten Hoover, Acacia’s current interim CFO, will continue to serve as Acacia’s Controller and remains a member of Acacia’s finance team. Prior to joining Acacia, Zambito spent the past 30 years at Ernst & Young.
