Abacus Global (ABX)(ABL) Management announced its plans to transfer the listing of its common stock to the New York Stock Exchange from the Nasdaq Stock Market. Abacus expects to begin trading as a NYSE listed company on or about December 30, 2025, and will commence trading under new ticker symbol “ABX”. The Company’s common stock will continue to trade under the ticker symbol “ABL” on Nasdaq until the close of market on December 29, 2025. In addition, the Company’s 9.875% Fixed Rate Senior Notes due 2028 currently trading on Nasdaq under symbol “ABLLL” will transfer to NYSE and are expected to begin trading on or about December 30, 2025, under new ticker symbol “ABXL”.
