Anheuser-Busch InBev is in talks to buy BeatBox, the maker of fruity and highly alcoholic punch and tea drinks, for around $700M, according to The Wall Street Journal’s Laura Cooper, Ben Dummett and Lauren Thomas, citing people familiar with the matter. A deal could come together soon, assuming the talks don’t fall apart, the sources said.
