707 Cayman Holdings files to sell 48.75M Class A ordinary shares for holders

707 Cayman Holdings (JEM) has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. SEC relating to the potential offering and resale of up to 48,750,360 Class A Ordinary Shares issuable pursuant to an equity purchase agreement entered into with Hudson Global Ventures, LLC. The company will not receive any of the proceeds from shares sold by the Investor.
