3 E Network Technology (MASK) announced that it has received a formal notification from Nasdaq indicating that the company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550, the exchange’s minimum bid price requirement. As a result, the company no longer intends to pursue the previously contemplated appeal of the staff’s delisting determination, and the related hearing has been cancelled. The company’s Class A ordinary shares will remain listed on Nasdaq.
