3 E Network Technology opens at $3.85, IPO priced at $4 per share

3 E Network Technology (MASK) Group, a business-to-business information technology business solutions provider, priced its initial public offering of 1.25M Class A ordinary shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per share. The Class A ordinary shares have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market and commenced trading under the ticker symbol “MASK.” Craft Capital and Boustead are acting as joint book running managers for the offering.
