111, Inc. appoints new auditor

111, Inc. has appointed Grant Thornton Zhitong Certified Public Accountants as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm, effective July 19, replacing Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA. The change of the company’s independent registered public accounting firm has been approved by 111’s board of directors and audit committee. Grant Thornton is engaged to audit and report on the consolidated financial statements of the company for the year ending December 31, 2024 and on the effectiveness of the company’s internal control over financial reporting as of December 31, 2024.
