Noble Capital downgraded 1-800-Flowers.com (FLWS) to Market Perform from Outperform after fiscal Q3 disappointed, management pulled fiscal full year 2025 guidance and named a new Chief Executive Officer, Adolfo Villagomez. Given the uncertain fundamental environment and the firm’s lowered expectations for fiscal 2026, it is lowering its rating, the analyst noted.
