Spirit Realty Capital (SRC) has released an update to notify the public and investors about corporate charter and bylaws modifications.
The information in this report details the completion of a merger, where Spirit’s articles of incorporation and bylaws were replaced by those of Merger Sub at the Effective Time as per the Merger Agreement. The new governing documents for the surviving entity are provided as exhibits in this document.
