SES AI Corporation has determined that Rohit Makharia will leave his roles as President and Chief Strategy Officer effective January 26, 2024. His departure is classified as a “Termination without Cause” according to his Employment Agreement from February 15, 2021. A Separation Letter outlines the terms of his exit, including an extension for exercising vested stock options and the provision of agreed compensation and benefits, along with mutual non-disparagement commitments. Details of the separation will be included in the Company’s Annual Report.
