Analyst Hamed Khorsand from BWS Financial maintained a Buy rating on Trimas (TRS – Research Report) and keeping the price target at $40.00.
Hamed Khorsand has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors influencing Trimas’s current and future performance. One of the primary reasons is the company’s resolution of bottleneck issues in its packaging business, which is expected to enhance its product availability in 2025. This improvement in manufacturing capabilities positions Trimas to better meet demand, although the demand level may not support scaling the packaging segment as initially anticipated.
Additionally, Trimas reported sales figures that surpassed expectations, indicating a stronger-than-expected performance, particularly in a typically slow fourth quarter for packaging. Despite a forecasted decline in adjusted EPS due to a higher cost structure, the overall outlook remains positive, supporting Khorsand’s Buy rating with a target price of $40 over the next 12 months.
