William Power has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors tied to Palantir’s accelerating growth and improving cash generation. He highlights that the company just delivered its tenth straight quarter of faster revenue expansion, with particularly strong momentum in U.S. commercial and government markets, and that management’s guidance points to further acceleration in both revenue and profitability. He emphasizes that Palantir’s free cash flow outlook has sharply improved, with his 2027 free cash flow estimate rising materially and additional upside still plausible, which he believes will shift investor attention from lofty revenue multiples to more concrete cash flow metrics.

Power also argues that Palantir’s valuation has become more compelling relative to its growth and scale, as the shares now trade at a more reasonable multiple of his long‑term free cash flow scenarios rather than the prior triple‑digit revenue multiples that kept him cautious. He notes that robust remaining performance obligations and very large spending by Palantir’s top customers, contrasted with relatively low average spend per U.S. commercial client and a still modest customer count, underscore a long runway for expansion. Finally, he views Palantir as one of the most clear-cut beneficiaries of the ongoing AI adoption wave, reinforcing his conviction that the company is well positioned to deliver outsized returns from here.

In another report released today, TipRanks – Google also reiterated a Buy rating on the stock with a $165.00 price target.

Based on the recent corporate insider activity of 80 insiders, corporate insider sentiment is negative on the stock. This means that over the past quarter there has been an increase of insiders selling their shares of PLTR in relation to earlier this year.
