Tazeen Ahmad has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors tied to Neurocrine’s durable commercial outlook and solid execution. The firm’s flagship drug Ingrezza continues to deliver in line with expectations, with management guiding to healthy 2026 sales growth driven primarily by higher volumes despite some pricing pressure, supported by a growing tardive dyskinesia market and relatively low current VMAT2 inhibitor penetration. We see this, alongside patent protection into 2038 and manageable implications from recent U.S. pricing negotiations, as underpinning a long and visible revenue runway for the franchise.
Crenessity is also exceeding market forecasts, and although 2026 guidance is not yet provided, Neurocrine reports meaningful but still early penetration in classical CAH, signaling substantial room for further expansion as commercial efforts scale. While 2026 is expected to be quiet on major pipeline readouts, the company is advancing multiple late-stage programs with data anticipated in 2027, and Ahmad’s valuation work factors in higher operating expenses for R&D and commercial build-out that are offset by a stronger cash position, resulting in a $190 price objective and supporting the Buy stance.
In another report released today, Needham also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $185.00 price target.
