Shrenik Kothari has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors tied to Netskope’s execution, growth profile, and valuation. He notes that the company is entering its FQ4’26 report with easier year-over-year revenue and ARR comparisons, strong and stable enterprise SASE demand, and a meaningfully expanded go-to-market sales force that is supporting consistent deal activity and high proof‑of‑concept win rates.
At the same time, he argues that the stock’s sharp de-rating since the IPO has pushed the valuation well below historical levels, even though Netskope is still growing materially faster than the broader security market and remains well positioned in SASE with differentiated data‑centric SSE capabilities. Channel checks indicate solid demand, resilient pricing, and improving sales capacity, leading him to view current sentiment as overly pessimistic and the risk/reward as attractive for investors willing to look through near-term volatility.
In another report released on March 3, Wells Fargo also initiated coverage with a Buy rating on the stock with a $13.00 price target.
