Adela Dashian has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors tied to Munters Group AB’s accelerating momentum in data center cooling and its strengthening competitive position. The company has secured a record SEK 2.1bn contract from a major U.S. colocation operator for a comprehensive chilled-water liquid cooling solution, spanning CRAHs, CDUs, Geoclima chillers, and associated services. This deal will be recognized starting in 4Q25 and delivered through 1Q28, effectively extending revenue visibility over multiple years and demonstrating Munters’ capability to handle large, complex projects. When combined with earlier wins, data center technologies’ fourth-quarter order intake reaches at least SEK 5.7bn, far exceeding consensus expectations and signaling robust underlying demand.
Dashian also highlights that this contract validates Munters’ strategic shift toward offering full-stack thermal management solutions and capitalizing on Geoclima to capture a larger portion of the cooling value chain. Long-term industry trends, particularly the rise of AI and high-density computing, are driving a transition toward liquid cooling systems where Munters has a strong positioning. The breadth of its portfolio and the scale of recent orders underpin expectations for continued top-line expansion and improving profitability within the DCT segment over the medium term. These factors collectively support the maintained Buy recommendation on Munters Group AB’s shares.

In another report released on December 19, Kepler Capital also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a SEK200.00 price target.
