Shrenik Kothari has given his Hold rating due to a combination of factors including strong fundamentals but a demanding valuation. CrowdStrike posted robust Q4 results, with accelerating NNARR, solid subscription growth, expanding free cash flow margins and evidence that platform adoption through Falcon Flex and AI-led security modules is compounding across cloud, identity and SIEM.

At the same time, Kothari notes that the stock already trades at a rich multiple of roughly 16x FY27E sales and about 50x FY27E free cash flow, which tempers near-term upside in a market sensitive to high-growth valuations. While he raises his price target and remains constructive on durable platform consolidation, expanding pipelines and AI security tailwinds over the medium to long term, the current risk‑reward skews balanced rather than compelling, justifying a Hold stance.

According to TipRanks, Kothari is a 5-star analyst with an average return of 14.7% and a 57.89% success rate. Kothari covers the Technology sector, focusing on stocks such as Cloudflare, Check Point, and CommVault Systems.

In another report released on February 25, Evercore ISI also maintained a Hold rating on the stock with a $375.00 price target.
