Yanolja posted 2025 revenue of KRW 1.03 trillion under K-IFRS, up 11% year over year, as aggregate total transaction value surged 45% to KRW 39.2 trillion, underscoring the scale and reach of its global travel technology platform. Enterprise Solutions contributed about one‑third of revenue and grew 21% to KRW 352.6 billion, delivering a 25% adjusted EBITDA margin and signaling that Yanolja’s higher‑margin B2B stack is becoming a core earnings engine.
Despite this topline momentum, adjusted EBITDA declined 13% to KRW 100 billion and margin compressed to 9.7%, reflecting deliberate spending to integrate acquisitions, launch the NOL UNIVERSE consumer platform, and increase marketing and promotions. The Consumer Platform still grew revenue 8% to KRW 723.7 billion with a 6.8% adjusted EBITDA margin, supported by robust inbound travel into Korea, rising outbound demand, and favorable APAC travel trends, while Yanolja accelerated AI‑driven personalization, pricing, and operational tools across both segments to deepen engagement and lock in future operating leverage.
