XTEND reported an approximately $8.25 million order from a European defense customer for advanced autonomous drone systems, one of its larger program wins to date. The contract spans indoor operational platforms and tactical strike systems for confined, high-risk environments, with deliveries scheduled across 2026.

Management presented the award as evidence of rising global adoption of its XOS-powered, human-guided autonomy platform, which coordinates multiple robotic systems for complex missions. The win adds to more than 10,000 deployed systems across over 30 countries, highlighting the company’s expanding operational footprint.

In the Middle East, XTEND secured a roughly $2.2 million contract to develop autonomous aerial defense systems aimed at countering low-cost, agile airborne threats such as drones. The program will also leverage the XOS operating system, reinforcing the firm’s push deeper into counter‑UAS and aerial defense markets.

Alongside operational momentum, XTEND advanced its planned all-stock business combination with JFB Construction Holdings, after which the combined company is expected to be renamed XTEND AI Robotics. The entity aims to list on a U.S. national exchange under the ticker “XTND,” providing investors with direct exposure to its defense and security robotics portfolio.

XTEND filed a Form S-4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, outlining transaction terms, strategic plans, and key risk factors for JFB shareholders. The filing notes regulatory review, shareholder approvals, market conditions, and minimum cash requirements as potential constraints on deal completion, along with integration and customer-concentration risks.

To bolster industry visibility, XTEND plans to participate in XPONENTIAL 2026, a major robotics and autonomous systems event in Detroit, where it will exhibit at Booth #14005. The company will highlight intelligent software, human‑machine teaming, and systems designed for real operational environments to defense, commercial, and international stakeholders.

Participation in XPONENTIAL 2026 is expected to support business development, potential partnerships, and customer engagement, even though no new products or contracts were disclosed in connection with the event. Overall, the week signaled a transitional phase for XTEND as it scales its autonomous robotics platform, expands its defense customer base, and moves closer to public-market scrutiny and capital access.
