XGIMI is expanding its premium home theater portfolio with the TITAN Noir series, its most advanced 4K projector line to date, now open for pre-orders ahead of an April 23 Kickstarter launch. The flagship TITAN Noir Max targets high-end residential and professional-grade home cinema installations, featuring an RGB triple-laser engine, up to 7,000 ISO lumens, and a 10,000:1 native contrast ratio enabled by a Dual Iris system that aims to deliver what the company calls “absolute black.”
For early adopters, XGIMI is using a two-step commercialization strategy: customers can place a $50 deposit via its website to secure discounts of up to $3,200 off expected retail pricing and will then complete their purchase through Kickstarter once the campaign opens. The TITAN Noir Max also supports IMAX Enhanced, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, a 240Hz refresh rate for gaming, and ships with an MT9681 chipset, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage, positioning XGIMI to capture higher-margin demand from home cinema enthusiasts and AV professionals, including a dedicated model for European distributors that will follow later, as the company continues to move upmarket from mainstream consumer projectors into more specialized and potentially higher-value commercial and custom-install segments.
