The platform already processes over eight million chart updates and generates more than 160,000 EHR updates daily for more than 700,000 patients, with prebuilt agents handling use cases such as interoperability, analytics, scheduling, prescription refills, and care gap management. By automating tasks that currently consume an estimated 15.5 staff hours per physician per week—such as record retrieval, prior authorization, and referrals—XCaliber targets material savings for practices that can exceed $1.4 million annually for a 20‑provider group, while maintaining human oversight through a structured human‑in‑the‑loop model and configurable degrees of autonomy.

XCaliber’s core differentiation lies in unifying siloed data into a single intelligence layer that delivers practice‑specific insights, orchestrates work across all clinical and operational systems in real time, and supports varying levels of autonomy for operational versus clinical workflows. Leadership describes the vision as enabling healthcare organizations to operate as semi‑autonomous enterprises, where agents manage routine tasks like follow‑up scheduling and refill processing end‑to‑end, staff intervene only when needed, and clinicians regain time for direct patient care.
