World Class Health disclosed that it has built an internal scorecard to help benefits consultants and self-funded employers evaluate COE offerings across eight standardized categories. The framework emphasizes surgeon selection within the same facility, clarity of savings calculations, and whether support is delivered by licensed nurses rather than general call center staff.
In parallel, the company is expanding its cost-transparent specialty care platform beyond surgery into imaging and infusion services. World Class Health said it aims to extend its model of disclosed provider pricing, dedicated Nurse Navigators, and guaranteed or targeted savings across a broader range of services used by self-funded employer plans.
