Worki has emerged from stealth with an AI-native workforce infrastructure aimed at helping health systems remove 20% or more from administrative overhead without replacing existing HR and workforce platforms. By creating a unified data layer across tools such as Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow, and credentialing and scheduling systems, Worki gives workforce and HR leaders visibility into non‑clinical roles that represent roughly a third of health system costs and identifies where AI can drive measurable savings.
