A Forrester Consulting study commissioned by Whatfix estimates that poor digital adoption can cost a 1,000-employee enterprise about $10.9 million annually, underscoring the financial stakes of underused software and AI investments. Whatfix is using this research, alongside data that only 36% of application features are typically used, to frame its platform as a lever for recapturing up to $1.3 million in annual ROI per large-scale application.

The company is also investing in thought leadership and demand generation through in-person events, such as an AI and digital transformation forum in Dallas featuring executives from ManpowerGroup, IDC, Extra Space Storage, and Activera Consulting. Coupled with new leadership hires, patent activity, and selective acquisitions, these moves suggest Whatfix is consolidating its role as a key execution layer for AI-driven digital transformation across large enterprises.
