Delta Capita selected Fragmos Chain’s platform to improve efficiency in OTC post-trade processing services. - April 17, 2025: Capgemini Acquisition of Delta Capita BV (Dutch subsidiary)
Capgemini acquired Delta Capita BV and its subsidiary, which specialize in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) services. This acquisition enhanced Capgemini’s European offerings in financial crime, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The acquisition was signed and closed on April 16, 2025. - August 5, 2025: Acquisition of DTCC’s Report Hub
Delta Capita acquired the Report Hub pre- and post-trade reporting solution from DTCC. This deal expanded Delta Capita’s regulatory reporting capabilities, added new clients, and supported its strategy for providing mutualized managed services in financial operations.
