Vozzi Deepens AI Chat Integration and Steps Up Partner Outreach at Paciolan PACnet Conference

Vozzi, a mobile-first SMS marketing and fan engagement platform for sports and live events, spent the week advancing both its product ecosystem and business development efforts. The company highlighted a new integration with conversational AI provider Satisfi Labs and confirmed plans to attend Paciolan’s PACnet industry conference in Huntington Beach, California, from February 22–25.

The Satisfi Labs integration links AI-powered chatbots directly to SMS, allowing fans who interact with a chatbot to opt in to text messaging and have their information passed seamlessly into Vozzi’s platform. SMS conversations can also route users back into the chatbot, creating a bidirectional workflow designed to turn one-off inquiries into longer-term engagement.

By positioning SMS as an extension of AI chat rather than a standalone channel, Vozzi aims to support higher engagement, richer first-party data capture, and more targeted campaigns for sports and live-event clients. If adopted broadly across Satisfi Labs’ customer base, this integration could increase platform usage and strengthen Vozzi’s role in teams’ and venues’ marketing stacks.

On the go-to-market front, Vozzi will exhibit at Booth #7 at the Paciolan PACnet conference and host networking happy hours at Pete’s Sunset Grille on Monday and Tuesday evenings. The company is emphasizing in-person meetings with existing partners and potential new customers across the ticketing and live events ecosystem.

This conference presence underlines an active business development push focused on relationship-building, lead generation, and deeper integrations with ticketing and venue partners. While no new contracts or financial metrics were disclosed, consistent participation in sector-specific events can support pipeline growth and brand visibility.

These developments build on recent product updates such as integrations with Oracle Eloqua, WIT, FanCompass, and the launch of “Vozzi AI” for content optimization. Overall, it was a week that reinforced Vozzi’s strategy of combining integrated AI-driven workflows with targeted partner outreach to enhance its competitive position in SMS-based fan engagement.
