Visitt has raised $22 million in Series B funding led by Susquehanna Growth Equity, with participation from existing backers Vertex Ventures Israel, Anfield, and Sarona Ventures, providing fresh capital to accelerate the company’s AI-native property operations platform for commercial real estate. The round follows a year of hyper-growth in which Visitt expanded to more than 150 customers and increased managed square footage by over 900% in 2025, underscoring strong market demand for consolidating fragmented building operations into a single AI-driven interface. Co-founded by CEO Itay Oren, CTO Idan Wender, and CPO Jonathan Kroll, Visitt’s platform is built around live, real-world workflows across office, industrial, data center, multifamily, and retail properties, replacing legacy point solutions that struggle to meet rising expectations for operational excellence and tenant experience.

The company’s system unifies core CRE workflows—work orders, compliance, predictive maintenance, tenant communications, equipment lifecycle tracking, security, amenities, and finance—under one AI-embedded operational layer, leveraging millions of property-level data points and continuous feedback from onsite teams to drive measurable efficiency and ROI for owners and operators. With the new funding, Visitt plans to deepen its position as a single AI interface for property operations by enhancing existing capabilities such as work order intelligence, its AI agent for certificate of insurance management, and multilingual communication tools, while rolling out additional AI agents to automate manual tasks, expand predictive intelligence, and scale customer success support. Management positions this capital raise as a catalyst to accelerate product innovation and market penetration in a large whitespace for modern CRE operations software, while investor commentary from Susquehanna Growth Equity highlights confidence in Visitt’s user-friendly AI workflows and its potential to capture significant share in the evolving property technology landscape.
