Vira Health Highlights Survey Link Between Menopause Support and Workplace Experience

According to a recent LinkedIn post from Vira Health, the company is drawing attention to survey findings on how menopause affects women in the workplace. The post references a global survey of more than 8,000 women, conducted in partnership with Korn Ferry, that links workplace support to women’s experiences of menopause.

The post highlights that 65% of surveyed women do not feel supported by healthcare providers when navigating menopause. It also notes that women who felt optimistic about menopause were roughly twice as likely to report support at work, including access to formal policies or programs and supportive informal practices.

According to the shared figures, 38% of women with an optimistic outlook reported access to formal workplace policies or programs, compared with 18% of those who felt fearful. In addition, 42% of optimistic respondents reported supportive informal workplace practices, versus 21% among those who felt fearful.

The post suggests that workplace support may influence whether women approach menopause with confidence or concern at a key stage in their careers. For investors, this emphasis on menopause and workplace health positions Vira Health within the broader employee wellbeing and women’s health segments, where demand for data-driven solutions and corporate benefits partnerships appears to be expanding.

The prominence given to a large-scale survey and collaboration with Korn Ferry may signal an evidence-based approach that could help Vira Health engage employers, benefit consultants, and potential healthcare partners. If these insights translate into targeted products or enterprise offerings, the company could strengthen its value proposition in the women’s health and workplace wellness markets over time.
