Veritas Prime has appointed Joe Bellini as Chief Financial Officer, positioning the SAP-focused payroll and compliance specialist to accelerate growth following its recent $31.5 million capital injection from Carrick Capital Partners. Bellini, a tech-sector finance veteran, previously served as CFO at DQE Telecommunications and Network to Code, where he helped lead a Series A round and scale revenue nearly twentyfold, and held senior finance roles at GTT and Hibernia Networks.
As CFO, Bellini will work with Veritas Prime’s leadership team to define and align on growth strategies, refine business models, and implement a metrics-driven financial framework to support scaling its SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, and SAP S/4HANA services. His mandate includes centralizing key financial and operational data for greater visibility, tightening oversight of lead-to-cash performance, and ensuring the company converts BPaaS and broader SAP demand into profitable, repeatable revenue, with CEO Michael Pappis citing Bellini’s mindset and experience as critical to taking the business to its next stage of expansion.
