Vensure completed its eighth acquisition of 2026, bringing its total to 108 deals and adding more than 80,000 worksite employees to its platform. These transactions deepen capabilities in PEO, payroll, HCM, and staffing-related solutions while extending reach across key Western U.S. markets and several additional states.

The acquisition wave was supported by a recent $450 million senior secured financing, which boosts balance sheet capacity to sustain Vensure’s M&A pipeline and integration investments. The deals increase leverage in fragmented HR outsourcing markets, broaden the client base beyond 161,000 businesses in over 175 countries, and add to the $153 billion in annual payroll already processed on its systems.

Strategically, the new scale creates more opportunities to cross-sell tech-enabled HR solutions and reinforces Vensure’s VensureHR Staffing Alliance division, particularly through the acquisition of Compagno, a staffing-focused advisory and technology consultancy. This positions the company to serve staffing firms across all U.S. states as well as Canada and Mexico with a more integrated offering.

In parallel, Vensure secured 14 Stevie Awards at the 2026 American Business Awards, including Gold awards for Fastest-Growing Company of the Year (2,500+ employees) and Entrepreneur of the Year for CEO Alex Campos. Additional recognition for its VensureHR and PrismHR units covered global expansion, employee wellbeing, product innovation, and leadership excellence.

These accolades reinforce the credibility of Vensure’s acquisition-led growth strategy and validate its technology roadmap in HR and HCM services. They may also support talent attraction and client confidence as the firm continues to scale operations across all 50 U.S. states and more than 175 countries.

Overall, the week highlighted both operational momentum and strong external validation for Vensure Employer Solutions, underscoring its growing influence and competitive positioning in the HR technology and outsourcing landscape.
