Vensure Employer Solutions has completed its eighth acquisition of 2026, bringing its all-time total to 108 deals and underscoring the company’s aggressive roll-up strategy in HR technology and outsourced services. The latest group of acquired firms adds more than 80,000 worksite employees to Vensure’s platform and deepens its capabilities in professional employer organization (PEO), payroll, human capital management, and staffing-related solutions.

The newly acquired businesses materially expand Vensure’s geographic coverage, with notable reinforcement across high-growth Western markets such as California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, and Texas, while also extending reach into Michigan, New York, Georgia, and North Carolina. As part of this wave, Vensure closed the acquisition of Compagno, a consultancy focused on advisory and technology services for staffing firms, which will enhance the VensureHR Staffing Alliance division that serves staffing companies across all U.S. states as well as Canada and Mexico.

These transactions follow Vensure’s recent $450 million senior secured financing, which provides additional balance sheet capacity to sustain its M&A pipeline and support integration investments across technology, compliance, and service delivery. CEO Alex Campos said the acquisition pace reflects consistent execution of a long-term strategy to assemble a scalable HR infrastructure by combining established local brands, specialized expertise, and advanced HR/HCM platforms.

From a strategic standpoint, the acquisitions increase Vensure’s leverage in the fragmented HR outsourcing and staffing support markets, broaden its client base beyond the 161,000 businesses it already serves in over 175 countries, and create more opportunities to cross-sell tech-enabled HR solutions. With over $153 billion in annual payroll already processed on its systems, the incremental volume from 80,000 additional worksite employees is expected to enhance operating scale, strengthen Vensure’s competitive position, and support continued growth in recurring service revenues.
