Vensure, through its VensureHR division, launched Pathway to Care and Wellness, a guided benefits advisor program aimed at lowering employees’ out-of-pocket healthcare costs while stabilizing employer benefit spend. The service, available at no additional cost to clients on a master health plan, is already generating measurable savings and recently earned a Gold Stevie Award for Achievement in Employee Wellbeing Programs.
The program deploys Vensure Benefits Advisors to help employees select lower-cost, clinically appropriate care options such as telehealth, optimized prescriptions, and better-aligned coverage before expenses occur. Vensure also offers targeted guidance on Medicare transitions and COBRA alternatives, helping avoid coverage gaps and unnecessary premiums while reinforcing structured navigation as a lever to manage rising healthcare costs.
In parallel, Vensure continued its aggressive M&A strategy, completing its eighth acquisition of 2026 and bringing its historical total to 108 deals. These acquisitions added more than 80,000 worksite employees to its platform, deepened capabilities in PEO, payroll, HCM, and staffing solutions, and extended reach across Western U.S. markets and additional states.
The acquisition activity is supported by a recently secured $450 million senior secured financing facility, enhancing the company’s balance sheet capacity to fund its deal pipeline and integration efforts. Expanded scale now spans over 161,000 client businesses in more than 175 countries, processing approximately $153 billion in annual payroll and creating broader cross-sell opportunities for tech-enabled HR solutions.
Vensure also strengthened its VensureHR Staffing Alliance through the acquisition of Compagno, a staffing-focused advisory and technology consultancy, positioning the company to serve staffing firms across all U.S. states, Canada, and Mexico. This integration enhances its ability to deliver a more unified offering to staffing clients across North America.
The company’s momentum was further validated by 14 Stevie Awards at the 2026 American Business Awards, including Gold honors for Fastest-Growing Company of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year for CEO Alex Campos. Additional awards recognized global expansion, employee wellbeing, product innovation, and leadership within its VensureHR and PrismHR units.
Collectively, these developments suggest a reinforcing cycle of scale, product depth, and external validation that could support client retention, cross-selling, and continued growth. Overall, the week highlighted Vensure Employer Solutions’ expanding influence in HR technology and outsourcing and its focus on cost-containment solutions for employers and employees alike.
