Vantage Data Centers Secures Up to 1GW Power Partnership With Liberty Energy to Support Hyperscale Growth

The company announced a strategic partnership with Liberty Energy to secure up to 1GW of utility-scale, high-efficiency power solutions over the next five years to support its expanding North American data center portfolio. The agreement includes 400MW of power generation capacity expected to be available in 2027, with additional expansion potential beyond 1GW, aimed at meeting rising demand driven by cloud and AI workloads.

For investors, this partnership addresses a critical constraint for hyperscale data center growth: reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient power in increasingly power-constrained markets. By locking in substantial near- and medium-term generation capacity, Vantage improves its visibility on future capacity expansions and may mitigate power price volatility, supporting more predictable operating margins.
