A major milestone was the completion of the QC61 data center campus in Montréal. Initiated in January 2022 and fully delivered by December 2025, the multi-phase project represents a significant capacity addition in a key North American cloud hub known for competitively priced, hydro-powered electricity. The campus is designed to serve enterprise and cloud customers across Québec and the broader Montréal technology ecosystem. With nearly 300,000 safe work hours recorded across later phases, the project also showcases the company’s execution capabilities and emphasis on safety, as well as its collaboration with a broad network of construction, vendor, and consulting partners. Bringing QC61 fully online allows Vanta to convert development capital into revenue-generating assets, improve operating leverage, and pursue long-term, contracted recurring revenue typical of hyperscale and colocation data center models.

Complementing this capacity expansion, Vanta announced a strategic power partnership with Liberty Energy to secure up to 1GW of utility-scale, high-efficiency power solutions over the next five years. The agreement includes 400MW of generation capacity expected to be available in 2027, with additional expansion potential beyond 1GW. This arrangement directly addresses one of the most critical constraints in the hyperscale data center sector: access to reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient power in increasingly capacity-constrained markets. By locking in substantial medium-term power resources, Vanta enhances visibility into future capacity expansion, improves its ability to manage power price volatility, and strengthens its competitive position as AI and cloud workloads accelerate. While specific financial terms were not disclosed, the partnership is structurally aligned with supporting revenue growth through continued campus development across North America, contingent on execution and regulatory and grid-interconnection timelines.

On the social and workforce side, Vanta engaged with the Rocket Academy Dual Credit Advanced Technology Center in Cedar Grove, Wisconsin, hosting a Mock Interview Day for 40 students. Multiple team members participated, providing students with real-world interview experience and confidence-building support. This initiative reflects the company’s focus on community relations, local workforce development, and long-term talent pipeline creation in a technically demanding industry. Although it does not have an immediate financial impact, such engagement can enhance employer branding, support recruitment and retention in key regions, and align with ESG and social responsibility priorities that are increasingly monitored by institutional stakeholders.

Collectively, the completion of a major campus project, a large-scale power partnership, and ongoing workforce development efforts indicate a week in which Vanta advanced both its infrastructure and its ecosystem positioning, reinforcing its readiness to capture growing demand in cloud and AI data services.
