Uniphore Taps Rackspace to Scale Sovereign Business AI Deployments in Regulated Markets

Uniphore has entered a strategic partnership with Rackspace Technology to create an Infrastructure-to-Agents architecture that delivers its Business AI Cloud as an outcomes-based, private cloud service for enterprises, with a particular focus on highly regulated industries. By running Uniphore’s full AI stack—including inferencing on NVIDIA and AMD hardware, data preparation, fine-tuned small language models, and industry-specific AI agents—on Rackspace’s governed private cloud, the companies are targeting up to $100 million in enterprise AI deployment opportunities as customers move from pilots to production.

The deal positions Uniphore at the center of an integrated, sovereign AI offering: Rackspace’s forward-deployed engineers will be trained on Uniphore’s platform and embedded at customer sites, making them accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes rather than just infrastructure. Uniphore will also shift select enterprise inferencing workloads onto Rackspace’s private cloud, giving more than 20,000 Rackspace mid-market and enterprise customers a path to adopt Uniphore’s five-layer Business AI Cloud—spanning inferencing, data, knowledge, models and agents—with governance, security, and data sovereignty designed for sectors such as healthcare, financial services and insurance.
